This component is extension of the TDBNavigator component.

(choice and clear) and insert a new record by copy from current
record
russian and english Hints
on
buttons you can put a glyphs and captions
you
can define a layout which determines where the image or text
appears on the each button (blGlyphTop,
blGlyphBottom, blGlyphLeft, blGlyphRight)
property Flat determines whether the buttons has
a a 3D border that provides a raised or lowered look.
